Maeden Yfans has extensive knowledge of working in the private and statutory sector. With a background in Geriatric Nursing and Care Management, Maeden has worked with older people managing Care Homes in Germany, the UK and the US.

 

Previously a Senior Commissioning Officer at Essex County Council, Maeden has worked on increasing accommodation for clients with Learning Disabilities (including Transforming Care clients) as well as Extra Care for older people, with the ability to build relationships with all partners across the public and private sector.
