Will has been involved with a range of social sector and community organisations in the UK and Australia. He has worked in Social Research, Language Services, Disability and Aged Care, Youth Justice, Victorian State Government, and Refugee Legal Services.

He has a Bachelor of Sociology from The University of York and a Masters in International Development from The University of Melbourne. Most recently Will has undertaken a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and is completing a level 5 qualification with the Chartered Institute of Housing.

In 2016 Will was nominated for a Victorian Young Achiever Award for outstanding contribution to the community sector.
